Ingredients:
- 175g unsalted butter
- 175g dark/plain chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 250g caster sugar
- 55-70g plain flour (depending on how gooey you like your brownies!)
- 40g coco powder
- 2 tubes of Rolos or chocolate of your choice.
Method:
- In a glass bowl over boiling water, melt the butter and chocolate.
- Once melted, remove from heat and in a separate bowl/jug, whisk together the eggs and sugar.
- Combine the chocolate mixture with the egg mixture in a large bowl and then fold in flour and coco powder.
- Pour the mixture into a lined brownies tin. This is the point when you can add any chocolates you fancy-malteasers, chocolate orange, rolos. (Rolos are my personal favourite)
- Bake at 180'c for 22-25 minutes so that when you shake the tin, it still has a slight wobble.
